926 Tivoli Ct.

This fantastic home is one of Briarwood's most requested Granada Models. The owner made a fabulous decision to have both master suites at the back of the home overlooking the peaceful sounds of the pool and waterfall spa, giving them the ability to enjoy the poolside in the evening without fear of keeping the children awake. Both masters have king size beds, private bathrooms and sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai.

There is a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom with a shared bath between them in the front hall off the living room. All the bedrooms have upgraded flat screen TV's.

The fantastic pool area is a wonderful vision from almost every room in this bright and open home. There is a table with six chairs in the center area and a table with 4 chairs by the summer kitchen which gives the children their own space. Lounge all day by the pool on one of the 4 chaise loungers, or watch the game on the TV in the summer kitchen while manning the BBQ grill. After the kids are tucked in there is always the ability to warm the spa and have some quiet evening adult time as well.

  CNE provided great service. The home did not have any major issues with the overall maintenance. The home cleaning was very satisfactory upon our arrival. The pool, spa, and lanai area were overall the best we have had when renting in Florida. The outside grill also worked well for barbecuing and there were two tables for eating in the pool area. The LR furniture was clean but was not the greatest comfort level. Sleeping comfort as far as mattresses and pillows were satisfactory and would rate the comfort level as average. The kitchen and laundry appliances worked well and there were no issues. The pots and pans could use upgrading to a better non-sticking surface. The location was both safe and friendly as far as walking and biking. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a pool area TV and TV's in bedrooms and LR worked well. I was not able to get the DVD player to work but also did not ask CNE for help as it was not a priority for our use. There were beach towels, and beach chairs for our use. We enjoyed Clam Pass beach, Vanderbilt Beach, and Naples beach. We ate at the Dock, Steamers, and First Watch for breakfast. We got fresh food at Oaks Farm, Trader Joe's, and Fresh Foods Market, but especially liked Seed to Table. All in all we enjoyed the home, the location, the home layout and amenities and CNE provided good customer service. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and CNE managed our rental process and stay very well.

  This home worked out well for our group. Location is ideal and neighborhood is very nice. The property managers went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, stopping by to fix things after hours (many burned out light bulbs upon arrival) and ensuring the gate access was easy. The home itself, however, needs a little TLC. Furniture, linens and towels are getting a worn, dirty cushions outside, and I agree with other comments that they definitely need more than two bar stools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Naples and I would recommend CNE Vacation Rentals, they made the rental process very easy!

  It's pretty much as advertised, with some minor annoying issues: there is not a single rug or carpet in the unit so the echo is bad. Makes it hard to carry on a conversation or hear the TV. The pool heater can only heat the pool or the spa at one time. This meant for us that we had to plan ahead and allow time for the spa to warm up before going in. This takes 20-30 minutes, so no spontaneous dunks in the spa on the spur of the moment. There is not a lot of lighting in the home, and a few bulbs were out, making it VERY dark in the unit at night. Finally there are a some nit-picky rules about the garbage and recycling. Violation of any rule comes with the threat of a fine. I received at least one email a day threatening fines. These were form letters that I am sure all guests get, but it took away from the experience. The building itself needs some maintenance: the pool deck is sinking in spots, there are char marks on the side of the house where the barbecue was clearly set on fire, and the pool ladder is loose

  The house was great and as advertised. The living areas are nice. Outdoor pool/sauna area was great. Located in a nice quite gated neighborhood. We had an issue when the air conditioner stopped working due to a plug in the condensate pan. I placed a call for service and they were literally there within 10 minutes and had it fixed. Some of the kitchen supplies could be updated (knives are not very sharp) but overall was a great place to stay. I would recommend this house.

  We had a lovely extended stay at this property from mid May-mid June. Kim and Nicole were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues that we had. The house is beautifully designed and allowed for us to comfortably host a few guests. The kitchen is a dream and very well equipped. The pool and spa were wonderful and we spent many hours enjoying them. Pool temp was great and the spa got very HOT which was nice. The pool maintenance came weekly and was so friendly and helpful.   This is the 4th home we have rented in the Briarwood community. It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. We shared this home with another family so the separation of bedrooms was appreciated. The pool had plenty of sun from 10am until early evening which was great for the 4-year-old kids!
  
  Briarwood is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. We stay in this community yearly and would definitely rent from CNE and these owners again!
  
  We were to arrive the same time that Hurricane Dorian was expected to hit Florida. Kim from CNE called me to let me know what to expect and what our options were. Because of her being proactive, we were able to change our flights and fly in a day later to RSW on the Gulf side instead of Fort Lauderdale where the hurricane was expected to affect. Thankfully, it didn't affect Florida too badly, however being able to change our plans didn't ruin our vacation. We are very thankful for being kept informed so we could make plans. Definitely a great rental company to work with!!

  We really enjoyed the stay. House was clean and located in a very nice, well maintained neighborhood, some 10min drive to the beach. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. There were couple things which I was surprised they cheap out. No spare toilet rolls and no spare garbage bags. We rent similar every year and we never ran across this. Granted, there is a Publix 5min away and we bought from there some $2.50 for 4 rolls of toilet paper and $1.20 for 30 garbage bags which will last 4mo or so. Just very weird they don’t provide them. I would have deduct a star away but that pool made up for these little inconveniences. Apart from that, the house has everything you need, including beach chairs and two umbrellas which came in handy. Wi-fi worked well, although it did drop one night (maybe some provider outrage?). Overall it was a great vacation and we definitely recommend staying there.

  The villa is fantastic. Stunning home and we’ll maintained. Loads of space and plenty of comfort inside and out.
  Good location for getting into Naples with a supermarket a few minutes drive away.
  The only downside was the deepness of the pool for our 5 year old not being ideal. This is not a reflection of the villa at all, just a consideration for others with little children and having the ability to stand up in the shallow end unaided.
  The lower mark for the management company was simply because I sent a few messages to them and although none were of any concern to us I was asking for a response yet didn’t receive anything even after the same thing was mentioned in three different communications.

  We recently stayed at 926 Tivoli Ct with friends and had the best time! The whole experience from entering the security gate (great security team, really on the ball), gaining access to the house and then checking out when we left could not have been easier.
  
  The house is beautiful and comes with pretty much all the comforts of home, we were even able to connect to our Netflix and Apple TV accounts! It is immaculately clean, the beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels.
  Our kids spent most of the time in the awesome swimming pool, we had our lunches and dinners outside too.
  
  The Briarwood estate is beautifully maintained and conveniently located to supermarkets, restaurants and the I75. The ladies at CNE are lovely too, they have thought of everything and the app they use for guests is fab. We hope to stay here again next year!

We have Family who live in Naples, and this house was 10 min away from where they live. The location was great. Central to everything. The beach is 10 min away. Fifth Avenue with all the amazing restaurants and shops. The house was absolutely beautiful. Exceeded all of our expectations. We had 4 adults and two children staying in the house and there was more than enough room for all of us. The Patio and pool area are awesome. The kids absolutely loved the pool and were in it all day every day. The house was immaculately clean, as well as the pool and patio area. The people at CNE Rental Properties were amazing.   We stayed 6 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time. It would have been nice if the pool had been south facing but we got some beautiful morning and midday sun. The house is beautiful and we all had amazing nights sleep on the very comfortable mattresses. The one negative is the outside TV doesn't work and some of the high ceiling lights were burned out and I did not get any response from the management for either issue when I sent them an email about those things. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

  We spent a week here and we had absolutely no complaints. Pristine home with gorgeous decor. We love to cook so what a treat to have a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. The pool was a hit for our 3 kids and the outdoor kitchen/grilling area topped it off. Neighborhood is quiet and sidewalks made it perfect for my morning runs. Close to beaches and downtown. If you are looking for a wonderful home to stay in, look no further.

  This was our second year staying in this house, it's well decorated and furnished with everything you could need. 2 complaints...the children's room with 2 twin beds did not have any air conditioning and the cable didn't work. This was the case last year as well.

    I'm so sorry you had trouble operating the cable television at the property and only wish you had contacted our office so we could have come over and instructed you on how to operate them. We are always striving to offer the highest quality of services and sometimes today's technology can feel more complicated then it really is. The Comcast cable boxes, require the TV to remain on channel 3 or 4 in order for them to receive the digital signal and use their Comcast remote controls to adjust the channels. If you have a problem when you arrive next year, Please call us and we will come over straight away. This house is larger then some of the other houses on Briarwood, therefore it has two A/C zones, my closest guess since we did not come over to evaluate the problem while you were in house is that you simply needed to turn down the Thermostat located in the Queen Bedroom.

  Can only say it was the most relaxing week I've had in a long time in an absolutely stunning property. The kids would have spent 24/7 in the pool given the chance.
