This bright, spacious and comfortable home has everything a guest could ask for in a vacation home. From the large flat screen TV in the living room to the fantastic pool area with hot tub overlooking the lake, this home away from home also has a large flat screened TV on the lanai for your viewing pleasure while floating in the pool.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, sliding glass door to the lanai and a large TV. The master bath has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, his and her sink area and private lavatory.

This is our 5th stay & we return to CNE's rentals because they are always responsive, caring and quickly help with any issues or concerns. We recommend staying at Briarwood because it has all the features you want in a vacation rental. Let's start with the security gate at subdivision entrance, every guest is checked so we felt safe and secure. The Briarwood homes are amazingly manicured and the streets are clean and easy to navigate. The home we rented had a beautiful, sparkling clean pool & spa and was set at perfect temperature. Behind the house was backed up to a small, peaceful lake with plenty of wildlife including birds, fish, and even little turtles. New interior updates included master bed set, remodeled showers, and modern décor that brought the beach vibe indoors. The home has nearly everything you need: bath & beach towels, kitchen utensils, glasses, cookware, cleaning supplies, washer & dryer. Chairs, floaties and coolers to take to the beach. Briarwood is a 10-minute drive to downtown Naples 5th Avenue and the Naples beach. Great places to visit or things to do in Naples: Tin City for unique boardwalk shops and dining, Naples Princess cruises to the Gulf, Naples Pier for amazing sunsets, Bice for Italian fare with homemade pasta, Sails or Swann River for fresh Seafood, and Whiskey Park for great bar food, drinks and pool tables. Briarwood is approximately 30-40 minutes to Bonita Springs, Marco Island and Fort Myers Airport, it's the perfect location.   Our favorite house to stay in. This is our 4th or 5th stay so its obvious how we feel about it. One thing I would like to see changed is the appearance of the outside windows. They are and have always been very dirty. When that bright Florida sun hits them, the dirt really shows and its dirt that has been there for a while. The tarps on the roof were not appealing but hopefully the roof is soon to be repaired.

  This was our 3rd stay at this home since 2014. Kudos on the new furniture, new fixtures and fresh paint. Now it's time to do something about the lanai. My wife and I wanted to see what the rainy season was like in Florida so we picked late August early September for this trip. Since the red tide has a strong showing this year we spent a lot of time at the house. The white frame on the lanai is in desperate need of a good chemical was to remove the algae. We noticed this on our first two trips. The gutters on the house at least the back of the house have weeds growing out of them which may be the reason the water is backing up into the ceiling of the master bedroom, which is very noticeable by the rust decolorization of the freshly painted ceiling. Three limbs/branches from the neighbors tree are all along the roof where it joins the lanai. The down spout by the door to the lanai is missing so when it rained, large amounts of water poured down from the roof. Once this area of the home is attended to, this will be one of the best locations in Briarwood with its full view of the lake and its privacy set-up. None the less we will still rent this home in the future.
  We have a trip planned back to Briarwood this winter in a different home. While we were there we ask management if we could see inside of it since it was unoccupied at the time. They were more than accommodating. We highly recommend this area.

  This newly refurbished property was a home away from home. The kitchen included everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The radio speaker system in every room and the lanai was a nice extra.
  CNE were very helpful and responded quickly to any issues we had.
  Our only gripe was that the pool servicing was not very good as the guy didn't clean the pool one week. Also there was no long handled net for us to remove the bugs from the top of the pool. This is a small issue that would be easy to rectify.
  We would happily stay here again and would recommend the property and CNE to friends and family.

  This villa was lovely, the first impression when walking in was of space, comfort and beautiful decor.   This house was perfect for my two friends and me! It is spacious and well laid out. The main living area was airy and light. The desk in the kitchen was a great computer and work space for us, and the kitchen had great working space and a well thought out array of utensils, pans and dishes. .The view from the living room onto the lanai amazing and the lanai overlooks a quiet pond. Great pool and spa. Kim and Nicole were gracious...whenever we called, our requests were filled within the day...sometimes within the hour. It was a truly lovely month for us.

  Kim and the CNE team were very helpful in making the arrangements and the house was well appointed and met our expectations as advertised. The one opportunity would be around requiring guests to put out garbage and do the laundry ex. bedding and the last day's towels and dishes. I feel these tasks should be included in the additional housekeeping charges.

  This is our second year vacationing in the Briarwood community. We love the location and area as it is so close to a variety of shopping, dining and water adventures and we would go back again. The layout of the house was excellent as we loved the open concept area to the pool. However, the microwave did not seem to work properly, more glasses could of been provided as well as coffee mugs. The unit was not as clean as we would of liked it to have been. Upon our arrival when we picked up one of the throw rugs to move it dirt and sand fell on to the floor and the entrance rug had a dirty stain on it which wasn't too inviting. As well the crevasse to open the bottom stove compartment was littered with food particles and crumbs. Upgrading the appliances would be beneficial as the bottom of the fridge was broken and kept falling off.

  CNE were very efficient and helpful throughout the booking process. We did feel that a telephone call or brief visit soon after our arrival would have been appreciated. The property over all was comfortable and generally well equiped. It was however starting to look a little 'tired' in some respects. We did report a power socket in No.2 bathroom not being fixed to the wall but this was not attended to.

  Great location for those looking for some family R&R. A beautiful looking home, with a somewhat dated interior in need of renewal. However, the older fixtures, fittings and equipment are probably more typical of Florida than in Europe.
  
  We had a great stay and the CNE team fixed a minor defect promptly. Would recommend their product and service.

  The villa is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including 3 flat screen T.V.'s, wireless internet and BBQ. The villa was clean and well maintained although the decor/appliances were somewhat dated compared to other villas we have stayed at - this was a minor issue. Our 3 year old son loved the pool and hot tub. Kim and Nicole from CNE were very helpful and easy to deal with during the entire process. I would recommend CNE and this property without hesitation.

  I stayed at this residence for 7 days and it was WONDERFUL!! Very nice house and the reps were awesome to work with! I will never stay in a hotel again. The online pictures do not do this house justice, it floors you from the second you walk through the front doors and your view is directly out to the pool and across the lake!! We had no problems what so ever and if you have a question call the girls at CNE and they will answer it for you. We will stay again soon!
