This striking home has a view of the pool and lake from almost every room. The moment you enter this home you are greeted by a striking view across its beautiful formal living area out to the lanai and very large swimming pool. Take in the sparkling lake with birds, ducks, turtles, otters and many other wildlife the lakes in our Briarwood community have become known for

The Master suite has a king size bed and large master bathroom equipped with shower and roman tub. A sliding glass door to the pool and lanai area make this a beautiful place to slumber.

There are two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house that share the second bath and a fourth bedroom with its own private 3rd bath off the living room.

Both the second and third bedroom feature two twin beds with white wood furniture, brightly decorated Florida style and the fourth bedroom is set up as a second master suite with a king size bed, 26" flat screen TV and its own private bath.

The pool faces southwest overlook a beautiful lake with plenty of space for sunbathing and entertaining.

  Fantastic Villa in an excellent location. Stocked with everything you would need, sun all day on the pool area overlooking the lake. Sun loungers and patio furniture appeared to be brand new and condition and cleanliness inside the villa was first rate also. We had one minor issue on arrival, but this was sorted within minutes by the on-site management team. We would definitely book this property again.

  The house was beautiful, and very accommodating. Had an initial problem with no hot water, but it was taken care of quickly. We did have issues with the circuit’s tripping when we had too many thing going at the same time. We adjusted our usage, and didn’t have any additional problems. May need to work on the circuit breaker panel.
  My only other comment, would be to have the dining room chair cushions redone. Very hard if you sit there too long. We play cards, so the chairs were used a lot.

  The house layout was good but the house itself was dated and needs some work. The glass door going to the patio was very stiff and hard to open and close. The cleanliness was also not up to par. My wife and I spent the first hour and half cleaning. There was hair on the floor in the bathrooms.

  Happy except for conditions of rugs. Especially in bathrooms. We had to wash all rugs. Previous years have been much better. The overall cleanliness of house was not as good as previous years. The refrigerator filter need to be replaced. The blinds in master bedroom did not work properly and we had to use sheet for privacy. The left sink stopper in master bedroom does not go up and down. We will still be coming next year.

  Well presented family holiday home. Great size house with lots space for the family to spread out. Perfect sized pool for our children, aged 10,7 and 5 with views across the lake. We also enjoyed the communal tennis courts, volleyball court and pool which is only a short walk from the house. We wish we could have stayed longer.   A large very spacious home with everything I needed. i walk daily, and felt very safe in this gated community. Location was perfect--about 5 miles from downtown Naples and the pier. Close to Delnor Wiggens State Park, which has an absolutely beautiful beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The house is a little dated and could use some fresh paint and updates in the guest bathroom tubs as well as some new pillows in the guest rooms. The master suite was beautifully appointed and designed, however. The pool is large and the outside area is spacious with enough outside furniture to accommodate a large family.

  Superb in every way! The house was immaculate throughout and just as luxurious as described in the promo. Every item needed for a comfortable move-in was provided. We had eight people and all were highly complementary of the facilities and provisions. All were amazed at the convenient proximity to virtually all attractions we wanted to visit, and we had a GRAND FISH/VENISON FRY one evening by the pool. (Yes, we did have to provide the fish cooker and some special ingredients, but the setting was wonderful.) We even invited the management team.   We are glad we rented this home in Briarwood. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the beach(the sunsets here are very beautiful)! My family loved the pool!   We had stayed on Briarwood before but this property was luxurious by comparison.We did not mind having to use the car to access local facilities and Naples centre.Most popular spots are within 10 to 15 mins drive.This is the second time in 12 months we have stayed in Naples and hopefully we will be back but would not want to stay in any other properties I other than those managed by CNE.We were so impressed.
  All the restaurants we tried were good but the Persian restaurant on 5th avenue called Bha Bha is excellent but you need to book well ahead as it is always busy.

  CNE Vacation processed our very last minute rental application quickly and with minimum fuss and were on hand for any questions we had during our stay. The Villa was in an excellent location 15 minutes drive to Old Naples and the beach. Briarwood is a large but quiet gated community kept in immaculate condition which is exactly what we wanted. There is a large Publix supermarket about 2 miles down the road that also has Starbucks etc. The property was very well stocked with kitchenware, utilities and cutlery etc. and very comfortable to stay in. Having stayed in many villas around Florida over the years, we were very happy with this one. Some of the features we liked for a family with 2 teenage children - no annoying alarm every time you open the patio doors, air conditioning easy to control and quiet, master bedroom had 6 foot plus bed that was soft and comfortable, SW facing pool for afternoon evening sun, covered outdoor eating area with large table, modern clean gas grill, garage well stocked with beach gear/chairs etc but still big enough to park full size rental car in (using supplied remote garage door opener), cable tv with History/Discovery, large breakfast bar.

  We were very pleased with the property. There were only 2 of us bouncing around in 4 bedrooms most of the time, but even when our Daughter and boyfriend joined us for a few days there was more than enough space. Very nice to have 2 lounges, outdoor area was lovely although too much furniture! No real complaints other than my Wife cut her foot open on broken tile in the kitchen on day 1, and the master bedroom blinds couldn't be opened. Couldn't fault it, and CNE rental was a good company with excellent communication.

  Have stayed in Naples Fl a few times now and this villa like, like the others, has maintained the reputation for being above standard. 12-15 minute drive to 5th Avenue and the beach but in a nice quiet location with a lake view. The villa was very well equipped not only within the house but also provided beach chairs etc. Inside and outside the villa was immaculate and had after a long drive down from Orlando we were met with a lovely fresh, clean smell and the radio was on with some soothing tunes-nice touch. Pool area had plenty of loungers and chairs and the pool itself was a great size. We had a great time there. Checking in was great and a wee tip would be to arrive before 5pm if possible so that you get the security for the car arranged, otherwise you have to show photo ID every time you want to enter the gated community.

  We needed a home to house several adults and children, the home allowed us to spread out and yet be close together when we wanted to! We especially enjoyed the large pool and the beautiful lake behind it! Even though there are TV's in every room we enjoyed the fact that we could set the children up in the family room to watch TV and the adults could visit and talk in the Living Room. We were centrally located to many areas to shop, dine, and entertain! We love this house and will be returning next year!
