  My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Coldstream Court home in Naples for the month of October 2024. House was beautiful. The lanai area was outstanding. House was well equipped with dishes, towels and linens. Bought my own oven mitts as there weren't any in kitchen. A couple issues...little cleaning supplies. No mop and floor desperately needed to be mopped. Would definitely rent next year, however we were told owner might not be renting out. We did ask managers if we could look at another property while we were there in hopes of renting and they did not get back to us.

  Quiet cul-de-sac perfect because my mother and I were traveling alone.
  Roku TVs were challenging for us and the property manager wouldn’t agree to bring regular cable TV in. Wouldn’t recommend this home to a friend because we baby boomers are not this high tech.

  The experience surpassed all our expectations. House was clean, bright, well stocked and welcoming.
  
  Walking distance to community pool and pickleball courts. Neighbors are very nice and welcoming.
  
  We did experience a weekend mechanical A/C issue which was quickly dealt with by the CNE ladies, Kim and Nicole. Great job!

  Great rental experience. House was beautiful, described accurately. It was very clean and well maintained. It is a great location and great gated community. I would highly recommend.
  
  A few recommendations we would make, one of the spare bedrooms needs a mirror. Every bedroom should have a mirror. That same bedroom, the cable box and tv were plugged into an outlet that was attached to a light switch so we kept turning the power off to the tv and cable box. They had to be reset and reprogrammed. A cable box needs to be plugged into an outlet that you can't shut the power off to. Very small issues that can easily be fixed.

  We had two couples and two college-age kids stay for a month and had a great time. We worked and played, and the internet/wifi worked excellently with 6 people on-line at the same time even with video conferences; and there was excellent connection all over the house and patio. Due to the pandemic all we did was hang at the house, golf, and walk the beach. The outdoor living space was exactly what we were looking for. Our plan is to go back to this house next year.
