Our beautiful spacious home is luxury air conditioned living for a more discerning guest. It is an open plan in design with a relaxing sitting area, a charming dining area, 3 generous sized bedrooms and an office area overlooking the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and several entertaining cable channels. There is a king size bed in each of the two master bedrooms and a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom.
Sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai area make this a bright and beautiful place to entertain. There is a large patio seating area with lush landscaping ready for an intimate outdoor dinner party

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with everything for a self catering relaxing vacation. A dishwasher is supplied so no arguing about clean up makes for a happy retreat!

  The house is in a good location - close to the beach and downtown. Briarwood is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had all of the necessities, and was clean. The pool was very nice. Property management was quick to respond to communication.

  Comfortable 3 bedroom with an office that suits our needs. The property is well cared for. We enjoy our stays at the house and will go back. However, a few points about the property. The living room has a large l shaped couch....but no chairs and minimal lighting...a bit strange. The sliding doors opening onto the pool patio area are not shaded....glaring late afternoon light is intrusive. The sliders could use shades. The grill is on it’s last legs and needs to be replaced. Finally during our stay a circuit breaker tripped frequently, but we could not get it replaced or repaired.

  Excellent location, and a well laid out home. The beds are comfortable and all bedroom tv’s worked, ( somewhat unusual in our renting experience). The living room could use some lighting. The managers were very prompt when the aircondioning needed some help. We look forward to returning next year.

  Very clean home in a secure gated community that is close to beaches and restaurants. Home had everything we needed.(would have preferred a Kuerig coffee maker).   Updated and well laid out. Beds are very comfortable. Den overlooks pool area which helped to make a working vacation much more relaxing. Had an issue with a/c but management sent someone right out. Kitchen is not as well appointed- there is limited cookware and knives were extremely dull. Vacuum did not work well and there was no dust pan for broom. Really very minor stuff though. This was our 3rd stay in Briarwood and our favorite house by far!

  The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Beach towels, chairs, etc. were available. My only concern is no lighting in TV area and master BR had terrible lighting for reading and an old, soft mattress. Other than that we loved our stay. Very relaxing.

  We loved our stay 994 Tivoli. The house is situated on one of the nicest street of Briarwood Gated Community and is a short distance to the beaches and the 5th Avenue. The house was well maintained and cleaned and the pool area was great. CNE rental agency was also great do deal with. The only thing that could be ameliorated is the lighting at night in the den area and there are missing a few small appliances in the kitchen area for those who like to cook at home.

  we had a good time in a beautiful house.
  Our problems were solved very quickly by Kim and Nicole. The distance to the beach was about 15 Minutes by car, so we could enjoy a few days at the beach.
  We love to have dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse or Outback Steakhouse or Bonefish Grill and for breakfast we recommend Perkins.

  I have been travelling to Naples for many years and I always book a villa in Briarwood through CNE Vacation rentals. All the villas I have stayed in are clean and well equipped. 994 Tivoli Court was lovely as always. This villa doesn't have a lake view which we missed but the pool area is lovely. We booked quite late so couldn't get our normal villa which over looks a lake. All instructions in the villa are simple to follow and the information given in advance by CNE is very good. We had a problem with a smoke alarm beeping which was sorted quickly by Kim. As always Kim and Nicole were great at responding to any issues and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely holiday. I will continue to book these villas and will recommend to anyone I know travelling to the Naples area.
