Furnished with 2 king master suites, a queen room and 2 twin beds in the 4th room, this home will accommodate large families . This lovely home has a large living room with a gorgeous view of the lake through its sliding doors. A cozy family room just adjacent to the well equipped kitchen gives a large family or a house full of guests plenty of space to gather. The formal dining room seats six and the breakfast area comfortably seats four. Each bedroom will be equipped with a flat screen TV and a large flat screen TV will be available in the family room for larger gatherings. For your dining pleasure there is a covered seating area on the lanai as well. Relax on the lanai next to the pool while gazing upon your private view of the pristine lake and its natural Florida wildlife.

  Great location, great property. Very spacious and well appointed. Plenty of beach and pool toys available for use. Well stocked with things such as trash bags, laundry detergent etc, which often isn’t the case with other properties. Only wish we could have resolved how to hear the pool sooner.

  Small things ceiling fans need cleaning and really did not like to have to wash the towels after paying to clean after we left, we did but was something we never had to do before.

  This was our 9th year renting from CNE and approximately 5-6 years at 1550 Vintage Lane. We love the location and the home. Home is well maintained with only a few minor maintenance issues which I noted in a maintenance request to complete after we left. Did find a couple of dirty dishes or pans which previous guest had put back in cupboards but otherwise was clean. The upgrade the past year to the pool / Lanai was excellent. Overall very satisfied and already booked for 2024.

  We love the Marco/Naples area and decided to stay in Naples this vacation (our previous stays have been in Marco Island). The property was beautiful, very well appointed, and accommodated eight adults perfectly. Check-in to the gated community and house were clearly outlined by CNE. The house was spotless inside and out! Grocery store was just about one mile away, making our shopping convenient. Several beaches are within a 10-20 drive, making this a great location. The owners have provided everything for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub after a long day at the beach! Community pool was great as well. My family and I spent 7 nights and didn’t have any concerns or issues. We requested a later check out and CNE was able to accommodate. We enjoyed the sunset cruise out of Naples. Views were breathtaking! Overall experience was 5+ stars!!

  This house was perfect for our trip to Naples. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. The house was well-equipped, and we were provided with good customer service. The access to the beach was confusing due to COVID, so be sure to check the Naples' rules before committing to this property if you want to be close. It's possible you may have to travel quite a distance to the state park to access the beach. And no joke-those Tommy Bahama beach chairs are totally worth the mention in the ad! I definitely recommend this house.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it an extra week! The home was clean and comfortable and pleasantly stocked with necessary items. We loved having our own pool, spa and lanai! We especially enjoyed the view through the home's many windows overlooking the pool and pond. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting outside and spending the day out there. The spa was our retreat at night after dinner. It was spacious and a great temp. It's a pretty neighborhood and a great location. We went to beaches in Naples, Marco and Fort Myers and restaurants and ice cream/gelato places downtown and enjoyed the Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie and other stores close by. We would definitely stay there again!

  Rented this home for family coming in for the holiday, it looked very nice online but to be honest it was even nicer in person. We thought once everybody got here we would spend most our time at my house and they really only needed a place to sleep, boy was I wrong!
