This very comfortable four bedroom, three bathroom home will play host to up to eight guests with ease. In the master bedroom, you'll be greeted by a king size bed and a private en suite, complete with a relaxing soaking tub. In the second master room there is a King size bed with private en suite bath and plenty of storage. The third Bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth room offers two twin-size beds these to bedrooms share the 3rd full bath, making them perfect for your younger guests.

The pool area is very private and has lots of extra space for sun lounging, while still having the ability to tuck under the covered lanai when you are looking for a bit of a break from the sun. The home is fully equipped with everything you could need for your perfect vacation, from the BBQ grill on the pool deck to a TV in every room, no guest should feel left out.

The home is located in the popular gated community of Briarwood just a short 5 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Fifth Ave South & Third Street South shopping districts. It offers the traditional amenities including a 3-acre community park with children's playground, 2 spacious heated pools, clubhouse, tennis , volley ball and basket ball courts.

  Location of house is perfect for access to HWY, grocery etc. we were thrilled to get a new microwave toward end of stay. Living room furniture is VERY uncomfortable. We placed boards under cushions..which that didn’t even help. Also, plumbing needs to be addressed. Many sinks have to be plunged to drain. Then nasty stuff appears. We were happy to see a rug under lanai furniture this year. Made the entry from pool to tile floor less dangerous. Pillows, mattress pads & sheets need replacement. House needs to TLC. Kim & Nicole are very attentive to our needs & appreciate they respond to our concerns as much as they can.Fans & vent grate’s need cleaning.

  I rented this home so that I could travel with my husband and our children and their families. The floor plan is perfect for 3 families sharing a space as the bedroom and bathroom suites are totally seperate from one another. The house was very clean. The appliances are a little dated but met our needs. The microwave though really should be replaced. The furnishings were also nice and clean. It felt very homey. The checkin process was a snap. At the last minute we asked to get in one day early and had a response immediately. Highly recommend.

  Briarwood is a lovely gated community with beautifully landscaped homes and common areas. Our home was beautifully furnished, had a well equipped kitchen and most inviting pool area. Naples offers many great restaurants especially on 5th Avenue as well as many activities for the whole family. This truly was a wonderful vacation!

  On arrival the property was clean and access was straight forward. The facilities were as advertised and the pool was great. The complicated trash bin positions became clear when I realised that I one man operated Lorry completed the collections. The negative was the leaving cleaning instructions which included washing towels when a final cleaning charge had already been paid

  The home was perfect for us and our visiting guests. Everybody loved the heated pool and the outside table and chairs accommodated 8 of us comfortably. Having 2 guest bathrooms was a plus. The table in the dinette was perfect for 6 of us to play card games in the evening. I did buy pillows and a mattress cover for the master bedroom. We found that the pillows were too flat and the mattress to be too hard. Entrance through the gate was made seamless by going to the security office who placed a bar code on our car window. The neighborhood is perfect for taking long walks and or biking. We enjoyed our 2 months in Briarwood and will be returning in 2019.
