  Myself and my guests had a fantastic time at 951 Tivoli Court. The house is a credit to its owner. Lovely property only let down by the property managers attitude. Sadly any enquiries to Nicole in CNE went mostly ignored and when she did eventually reply , her tone was rude, condescending and borderline abusive. Unfortunately we were there during hurricane Ian and we tried to continue our holiday as best we could even with a 2 day power cut. When asked for the possibility of a generator Nicole simply ignored us. When she eventually did reply I quote “if you don’t like my service, please feel free to leave, and good luck finding somewhere else to stay”.
  Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Awful awful attitude for someone dealing with the public for a living.
  Would we stay in 951 again?? Absolutely .... Provided CNE were not involved in the leasing as I wouldn’t lease a lawnmower from these amateurs.

  I am 73 years old. My daughter, granddaughter and I rented this home for 9 days. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We have rented a number of homes in southern Florida. This one had absolutely the cleanest pool and nicest hot tub of any of them. The location is convenient for most things that someone would choose to do in Naples.
  We would definitely rent it again if we return to Naples.

  The house was beautiful and in a great community which is that rare combination of close to downtown and beach but also away from the hubbub! Would certainly do again next year if possible. Only minor criticism is relatively few dishes - 4 coffee mugs total which meant daily cleaning required and not worth putting washer on for. Other than that, first class.
