1538 Vintage Lane

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath private pool home has everything you could ask for in a vacation home and is well equipped for family travel. The very comfortable living room has sliding glass doors leading to the over-sized lanai and pool area overlooking one of the Briarwood lakes. The kitchen is open and spacious with lovely views out to the pool and lake. The home features a king size bed in the master suite and the second guest bedroom, making this home very accommodating to adult couples traveling together. Both adult rooms are light and bright and feature sliding glass doors to the pool. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, so you have the benefit of a full size bed with the added bonus of a twin bunk should you need the extra space for the kids.
This home has high speed internet, plus LCD TV's in every room, beautiful views of the lake and is located just a few miles to the famous shops on 5th Avenue and 3rd street South.

  We had a wonderful stay. The house is clearly loved by the owners. They thought of every detail and the home finishings/decor were really lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and the home was exceptionally clean throughout. It didn’t matter that it hasn’t been ‘ultra-modernized’ with new tile, appliances etc... it has a warm Tommy Bahama feel and very comfortable. The lanai, outdoor seating and pool were also great, and the garage as well!

  The property was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and all linens were really good quality. These owners thought of EVERYTHING. There was a plethora of dishes, kitchen items, towels,beach and pool supplies. The washer,dryer,dishwasher worked well and were in great condition.   Following a long awaited retirement, we wanted to treat the family to a well earned holiday. We had stayed in Briarwood on many occasions before but this particular villa surpassed the others in many ways.
  The layout was ideal, with the kitchen and lounge being central and the bedrooms offering privacy for all.
  The house was very well equipped and spotless - it felt like a new villa. The garage had everything one would need for a variety of occasions; obviously the beach and pool. items were utilised regularly.
  We had regular walks around the neighbourhood and found the residents very friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the use of the community pool, unfortunately the play area needed a bit of attention but that was our only disappointment.
  Naples Pier had been closed following the hurricane but reopened toward the end of our stay - a regular fishing spot!
  We would definitely stay again and thank the owners for making us feel so comfortable.

  We had yet another beautiful month in Briarwood. Once again CNE provided a lovely home, fully decorated, clean, and perfect for our needs. Even though the weather turned to the rainy season about 3 weeks early, it didn't stop us from pursuing all sorts of activities both at the house, the beach, the wonderful shopping, and the great dining. We did loose WIfi for the last 2 weeks of our stay, but this was totally the fault of the provider and not CNE. All in all, a wonderful experience. We have now used CNE 5 times over the past several years and we fully expect to again return Thanks to the 2 best managers we know. Hope to see you next year.
